Advertising agencies with employees will ask around $700 per month, and here too, you have no control over who will handle your account, how much they will invest, or their level of experience.

The most expensive option—but in my opinion, the most worthwhile—is a campaign manager with extensive experience in your field in the U.S. This professional will work on your account daily, saving you thousands of dollars per month in irrelevant clicks and delivering profitable transactions. They typically charge around $1,500 per month or a percentage of the ad budget.
